For course creators, coaches and membership owners

You don’t need another launch. You need an offer that keeps selling.

In three free days, you'll lay the foundation of a high-converting funnel, starting with the offer you already have.

Free. Monday 16 to Wednesday 18 November 2026.

What a quiz funnel makes possible

A warm welcome. A clear next step. Less riding on you.

A quiz funnel gives new people a path to your offer, with a personal starting point, relevant follow-up, and a way to buy between launches.

You keep it running.

A pencil sketch of a shopfront signed The Funnel Architect, with handwritten notes in the margin: promote, follow up, remind.
  • You launch to get your offer seen.
  • Everyone gets the same follow-up.
  • You keep the conversation moving.
Same foundation. A brighter future.

Your system follows through.

The same shopfront finished: a powder-blue facade with a striped awning, climbing roses, an open door and a sign that says come on in.
  • A path to your offer between launches.
  • Follow-up that speaks to what they need.
  • Emails that keep the conversation going.

You’ve built something worth buying. Give it a system that helps people get there.

More than a funnelA brighter business ahead

How a funnel makes you money

Right now your business is like a pop-up shop. Here’s how to keep the doors open.

Think of your launch like a pop-up shop. You open the doors, talk about your offer, and people buy.

Then the shutters come down and it goes quiet. Everyone who wasn’t ready that week has nowhere to go until the next pop-up.

You’ve already built pieces of the journey: an offer that sells, an audience, maybe a freebie and a few emails. A funnel connects those pieces so people have a clear way to buy between launches.

An open book. Left page, from the reading notes: “You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.” James Clear, Atomic Habits. Right page, why I keep coming back to this: This is why we connect the pieces and build a kickass system that runs without you! Sealed with The Funnel Architect wax seal.

Here’s what happens inside the shop.

In plain words, a funnel is the path from someone finding you to buying from you, set up once so it keeps running.

  1. Someone asks what she needs.

A few thoughtful questions help you understand where she is, what she’s struggling with, and what she wants help with.

  2. She’s shown the right shelf.

She’s matched with a result and follow-up that speak to her situation, so the conversation starts with what matters to her.

  3. The conversation keeps going.

Relevant emails follow up automatically, answer her questions, and help her understand how you can help.

  4. It’s ready when she is.

She’s shown how your offer connects to what she needs, with a clear invitation to buy.

The till rings every month.

The shop keeps selling between launches, which is exactly where the quiet was costing you.

This is for you if

You’ve built the offer. Now give people a way to it.

You have something to sell and people who are interested. You’re ready to connect the two with a clearer path to purchase.

  • Your offer

You know what you want to sell.

A course, membership, coaching program or one-to-one service. You’re coming with an offer to build around.

  • Your audience

    People are finding you.

Through your content, referrals, ads or email list. Your audience can be small. You want to make more of the interest already there.

  • The gap

Too much depends on your next launch.

Or on you remembering to follow up. You want interested people to have a next step between promotions, too.

  • What’s next

You’re ready to connect the pieces.

Maybe you have a freebie, a few emails or even a quiz. You want them to lead somewhere, with your offer in mind from the start.

Bring your offer and your audience.Even a small one.

In the free challenge, we’ll work on the foundations: what you’re selling, who it’s for, and a quiz title that speaks to her.

Liezle PotgieterFunnel & Email Strategist

I’m Liezle, a Funnel & Email Strategist and certified Klaviyo partner. I build quiz funnels that help people find their way to the right offer, and help business owners keep selling between launches.

Before I built funnels, I ran an ecommerce shop. I know what it’s like to have something you believe in, then find yourself learning a whole new job just to sell it. For me, that meant figuring out marketing one course at a time.

Today, I bring that experience into the quiz funnels I build for clients like Heroic, and into how I teach.

In the challenge, we’ll start with your offer, work out how to group your audience, and find a direction for your quiz. I’ll explain how those decisions fit together, so you can build on them with confidence.
