Privacy policy

This site belongs to The Funnel Architect, run by me, Liezle Potgieter. This page explains what I collect when you visit or sign up, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. If anything here is unclear, email me at liezle@thefunnelarchitect.com.

What I collect

• Your email address, when you sign up for the free challenge. That's the only thing the form asks for.
• How you interact with my emails and this site, once you've signed up: whether an email was opened or a link clicked, and which pages you visit here.
• Basic technical details that every website receives, such as your IP address, browser and device type, kept in the hosting provider's logs.
• Anything you choose to send me, for example when you reply to an email.

Why I use it

• To send you the challenge: the daily trainings, the live call links and replays.
• To send you my emails afterwards, including news about Quiz-to-Revenue Studio. You can unsubscribe from any email, at any time, with one click.
• To understand which emails and pages are useful, so I can make them better.
• To keep the site running and secure.

I never sell your information, and I never share your email with anyone to market to you.

Who helps me

A few trusted services handle your information on my behalf:

• Klaviyo runs my email list and the sign-up form. Its script on this site uses a cookie to recognise you after you've signed up, so emails can reflect what you were interested in.
• Netlify hosts this website.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google to load them.

These services may store information outside your country. Each is bound by its own privacy terms and uses your information only to provide its service to me.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. The only cookies come from Klaviyo, as described above. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time, and the site will still work.

How long I keep it

I keep your email address for as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, I stop emailing you. If you'd like your details deleted entirely, just ask.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you the information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email liezle@thefunnelarchitect.comand I'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If I change how I use your information, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
